C.N.Blue ready to shake up the Korean Popscene?

Last week I could still read posts of people telling others they were waiting for CNBlue’s debut without they even knew what it would sound like. When the first teaser released was a rock influenced one, a lot of Yonghwa fans were surprised, and some even shocked to find out it was more than just an idol band.

As you might have noticed before in one of my earlier posts, I’m quite the fan of Jung Yonghwa. The 20 year-old we all learned to love from playing Shinwoo in You’re Beautiful. After weeks of waiting for his band’s Korean Debut, the date is pretty close.

Last week, the first teaser drew a lot of attention to the new band. Fans were expecting a popband, but they got something completely different. Which brings me to the next sentence: If some of the Yonghwa fans had actually bothered to look up their music, they hadn’t had to be so shocked. CNBlue has already released 2 mini albums so far. Now or Never, was released in August 2009, and Voice a few months later.

The day after tomorrow, they’ll finally debut in Korea with a mini called Bluetory. I have the teasers lined up for you, as well a little information you might like.
